The second category is for Excellence in Marketing for which our Brand Migration campaign has been shortlisted. This was a major marketing campaign, which encompassed both internal and external communication, coordinated across all channels and touchpoints both on and offline. The campaign’s success was demonstrated by the fact that it achieved and exceeded the targets set for it with increases in website activity, social media followers, and CTR and open rates for emails.
